The Arb Club offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to change. We will notify existing subscribers of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its related systems

The Arb Club is not an airline, travel agent, or financial adviser. Our tools provide information to help you make decisions, but the final booking decision and its consequences are your responsibility.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Arb Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
